About the internship
This internship gives you the opportunity to learn about the many aspects in strategy and transformation in a large, international organisation. You will be supporting change communications activities of transformation programmes, which will include the execution of change communication plans as well as assisting in the creation of content and design assets accordingly. You will be involved with developing materials such as presentations, graphics, videos, etc for specific capabilities/releases – in line with the standard Maersk change management guidelines and methodology. You will be part of the Strategy and Transformation team who is responsible in developing and executing change and engagement plans.
You can get involved in different projects and will have your own set of responsibilities. You will learn how to work agile within a team. You will have an assigned mentor, who will help you navigate your internship and help to create and reach your personal growth goals. You will be surrounded by seasoned experts in multiple disciplines, including strategy, change management, project management; all open to support you and help you grow professionally.
Responsibilities
Coordinating activities including creation of content assets, planning global webcasts and townhalls, maintaining and updating intranet/SharePoint sites, and managing communication agency relationships.
Writing content for employee communication channels including intranet articles, newsletters, infographics, digital signage, and videos.
Supporting executive engagements and senior stakeholder communications with engaging presentation materials and talking points.
Supporting the execution of overall communications plan in line with the Maersk Communications and Brand guidelines
Providing direct communications support to the Strategy and Transformation team.
In addition to the above, other duties may be assigned outside of the scope of this description
Qualifications & requirements
Currently studying towards your Bachelor HBO / University Master in Sciences (M.Sc.) WO in Communications or Marketing.
Note: to be considered, candidates need to be registered as a full-time student at a Dutch University during the entire internship period. Formal documentation is required to prove student status. Students from outside the EU, enrolled at a Dutch university institution are required to complete and sign a NUFFIC agreement and have it countersigned by the university.
