This role is a Digital Solution Area Specialist - Security focused on French-speaking customers in the Swiss market (Romandie). Based in Dublin, Ireland or Barcelona, Spain (with up to 50% remote work), you'll support customers in achieving their business objectives using Microsoft Security solutions. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, building stakeholder maps, collaborating on end-to-end security opportunities with partners, leading consultative sales conversations, and managing the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has demonstrated technology sales or account management experience and fluency in French and English. German or Italian is a plus. You will collaborate with a virtual team, manage a territory, conduct forecasting, and complete required training and certifications.

As part of our Digital Sales center in Dublin, you will support a dedicated set of customers in identifying and achieving their business objectives with focus on Security through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling. We are looking for a passionate Security Sales Specialist for our French speaking customers in Switzerland (Romandie) with a drive for developing and winning security sales opportunities that deliver significant customer value and accelerate their digital transformation journey. As a Security Sales Specialist, you will seek to understand customer challenges and priorities, identify opportunities, and demonstrate the value of our Security solutions. You will also lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on the planning, orchestration, and execution of end-to-end security opportunities with a virtual team of resources across the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem. This opportunity will allow you to learn and accelerate your career growth, honing your sales and collaboration skills and deepening your security end-to-end expertise. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent French and English is a requirement. 
  • Demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience

Additional/Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent German and/or Italian. 

Language Skills: French and English

Position is based in: Barcerlona, Spain OR Dublin, Ireland

 

Relocation expenses are not provided as part of this role.

 

Only candidates who are currently located in Spain or Ireland will be considered for this role. 

 

You must be legally authorised to work in Ireland or Spain to be eligible for this role.

(Legally authorised = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)

Responsibilities

Sales Execution:

  • Introduces how to enable digital transformation across workloads and collaborates with a virtual team to assess customer needs and proactively build an external stakeholder mapping to implement strategies that accelerate the closing of deals, drive consumption and licensing transactions, and grow the business with current and new customers.

Scaling and Collaboration: 

  • Collaborates on the planning, orchestration, and execution of end-to-end Security opportunities with a network of partners to cross-sell and up-sell products, solutions and services.

Technical Expertise: 

  • Leads end-to-end Security conversations, shares best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas and evaluates opportunities to make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal.

Sales Excellence: 

  • Collaborates with extended sales team, partners, and marketing to conduct business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and develop a target list of potential business. Manages the end-to-end Security pipeline of the assigned territory. Conducts forecasting for assigned accounts and develops a portfolio and territory plan with guidance.
  • Completes required training and obtains relevant product and role certifications aligned to the role and workload/industry.
