- Proven record of success in operations management, operational enhancements, and change.
- Work closely with stakeholders/clients, to understand the requirements and work closely with them to align the overall vision
and strategy to achieve the required results
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career
development.
- Expertise in account and resource management handling large-scale engagements with 500+ team members
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Work closely with stakeholders/clients, to understand the system’s functional and non-functional requirements in defining the
Product Vision
- Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes that are coordinated based on
release schedules
- Manage presales calls including drafting proposals, estimation, technical solutions, and delivering customer presentations
- Prepare and present proposals for new prospects and existing customers including pricing
- Manage the end-to-end transition of clients, both on-shore and off-shore
Requirements:
- Play a critical role in building management depth by providing guidance and mentorship to all levels of leadership, as well as serving
as an outstanding role model.
- Develop employees and their skill sets to expand the team’s capabilities and provide growth opportunities for future leaders including
succession planning.
- Achieve operational excellence and drive process improvements by working closely with the operations teams.

Preferences:
- We’re looking for a Director to manage a team of 500+ members.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 15+ years of experience and currently managing projects individually. He/She should be
good at client management and proven experienced in expanding portfolio.
- Work to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and
resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on
target to meet deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with teams to create an overall delivery strategy
- Handle large operations located at multiple locations
- Closely work with multiple stakeholders to formulate operational and strategic roadmaps for multiple projects
- Facilitate team meetings (Issue meeting agendas, timely meeting minutes, and action items) in partnership with the client teams for
decision-making, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and team engagement
- Follow up with action owners on open actions (tasks, document authorship, document approvals, etc.) to drive to the current schedule
- Proactively address the operational issues impacting the business and find long-term solutions·
