Fleet Assistant (Gelang Patah)
Job Summary
Job Description
The Fleet Assistant will support the Station Head in daily operations, including driver route planning, shipment handling, sorting, and van inbound/outbound processes. Key responsibilities involve managing parcel data, creating PETs tickets, monitoring routes, and handling COD money when necessary. The role requires strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining station cleanliness, and complying with Ninja Van's Code of Conduct and Quality Policies. The assistant will also ensure proper document management and participate in quality and safety programs.
Must have:
- Assist in planning driver routes (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
- Receive & Return shipment.
- Perform sorting tasks.
- Manage Van Inbound processes.
- Handle Latlong Parcel tasks.
- Create PETs Tickets.
- Monitor routes.
- Manage Route Inbound processes.
- Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent).
- Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
- Ensure all required documents are properly kept and updated.
- Maintain the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
- Comply with Ninjavan Code of Conduct.
- Comply with Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
- Conform to Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements.
- Take care of own and others' safety.
- Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes.
Good to have:
- Prior experience demonstrating the ability to apply logic driven problem solving skills will be greatly advantageous.

f. Route Monitoring

- Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
- Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
- Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
- Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct
- Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
- Any other task instructed by superior
Others:
1. Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
2. Take care of own and others' safety.
3. Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
Requirements:
- Age from 18 - 45 years old only.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No formal experience is required, though any prior experience demonstrating the ability to apply logic driven problem solving skills will be greatly advantageous.
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal/strong analytical problem-solving skill;
- Ability to drive change through the continual improvement process.
