Full-stack .NET Developer

Established in 2016, the Greek entity Arηs Developments Hellas aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle.

• Participate in the .NET implementation of a micro-services solution, being able to write backend code in a reliable, fast, scalable, and secure way, satisfying requirements and service level agreements.
• Write OAUTH authentication mechanisms. ADFS knowledge is a plus.
• Implement validation mechanisms as unit and integration tests.
• Assist with deployment and configuration of the system. Setup CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps platform. Familiarity with Kubernetes/Docker, cloud environments and platforms is assumed.
• Write helm charts and integrate services on Kubernetes environments is a plus.
• Work comfortably within a team. Follow Scrum procedures and disciplines. Estimate the work to be done upon request.
• Write technical documentation. Account for secure coding practices, as well as logging and auditing features.
• Communicate in a clean, concise way, not only to peers but to upper layers when needed.

• Bachelor's plus 10 years of relevant experience.
• More than six (6) years of experience in Software Development.
• More than three (3) years of experience in Front-End Development with Javascript Frameworks such as Vue.js, React or Angular.
• Participated, as a front-end developer, in more than two (2) production-ready web projects with Javascript Frameworks such as Vue.js, React or Angular.
• Real experience with highly scalable systems.
• Knowledge of application development environments.
• Knowledge of the design and development of web components including CSS and HTML.
• Knowledge of at least one JavaScript framework like Vue.js, React or Angular.
• Knowledge of Microsoft .NET (C#) and ASP.NET Core.
• Knowledge of the design and development of back-end components (REST APIs, integrations, micro-services).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. AGILE).
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments.
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
• Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment.
• Capable to be part of an Agile Team implementing Scrum (team worker, easy going, good communication capabilities).
• Good knowledge of AMQP messaging.
• Working knowledge of English B2 or higher.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of OOP paradigms and SOLID principles.
• Knowledge of CI / CD systems (e.g., TFS).
• Knowledge of secure software design principles.
