The Role:
We are now looking for a Global HR Data Operations Specialist (1 year contract) in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid mode of work).
Yout will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data within Oracle, aligning HR data with Finance data, performing routine data quality checks, and providing data support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
This position also involves generating basic reports and analytics to support HR and Finance decision-making and collaborating closely with senior HRBPs and Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Ensure that HR data in Oracle is accurately entered and regularly updated
- Data Alignment: Assist in aligning HR data with Finance data, focusing on critical data points
- Data Quality Checks: Perform routine data quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies
- Support HRBPs: Provide data support to HRBPs, ensuring they have accurate information for their strategic initiatives.
- Reporting: Generate basic reports and analytics to support HR and Finance decision-making
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for HRBPs and other stakeholders on data management best practices and the use of HR data tools
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve HR data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior HRBPs and FBPs to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Global Collaboration: Work with HR Operations teams across the globe to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between HR, Finance, and IT departments to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding data-related initiatives
How We Can Match:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR data management and operations
- Proficiency in Oracle HR systems or other HCM systems and data management tools
- Experience in aligning HR data with Finance data
- Familiarity with data quality assurance processes
- Experience in generating HR and Finance reports and analytics
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
