Tencent seeks a Global Talent Sourcing Intern to collaborate with the hiring team, understand requirements for open positions, conduct market research to identify potential candidates and effective engagement methods, build talent pools for evergreen positions, maintain candidate pipelines, reach out to potential candidates via email, social media, or phone calls, generate referrals, and analyze sourcing strategies' effectiveness (conversion rates, process improvements).
