Job summary:

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist that will work from our office in Bucharest for all our entities. Our new colleague should have at least 2 years’ experience within Commercial Operations field, enjoy working in a role that would require good analytical and planning skills, accustomed with reporting tools (PowerBI, Excel) and excited about collaborating with colleagues across all our offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the standardization and optimization of commercial processes across various business units, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of tools, resources, and frameworks to enhance commercial performance.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales teams across business units by ensuring they have access to the latest tools, training, and resources.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between the sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Act as an administrator for the Commercial Hub in Confluence, making sure the content is up to date and it’s being used across all commercial departments from BU and Group levels.
  • Assist in the creation of group-wide reporting structures to track commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making at the group level.
  • Monitor and report on key commercial metrics, ensuring actionable insights are delivered to commercial leadership for performance improvement.
  • Support efforts related to new market entry by conducting market research, regulatory assessments, and risk analyses.
  • Ensure commercial strategies and activities comply with regional and global regulations, aligning with group policies.
  • Collaborate with business units and group level to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality across the group.
  • Act as a point of contact between business units and the central commercial team, ensuring alignment in strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Good expertise with reporting tools, such as PowerBI or Excel.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Great attention to details and the ability to analyze and compile the information in reports/ presentations
