The Head of Business Sales / Vertriebsleiter Geschäftskunden Deutschland at Tesla will develop and execute a growth-focused sales strategy for SMEs, large corporations, and operational leasing companies in Germany. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, managing third-party vehicle leasing offerings, and collaborating with local operations and HQ leadership. Responsibilities include achieving sales objectives, maximizing business opportunities (repeat business, bulk deals, leveraging leasing relationships), leading a high-performing sales team, managing the corporate sales plan and brand standards, and championing excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess significant B2B or commercial sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets, exceptional time management and communication skills, and fluency in English and German.

What to Expect

As the Business Sales Lead, you will develop the enterprise sales strategy and lead a dynamic team responsible for driving sales across SMEs, Large Corporations, and Operational Leasing companies. Your role involves establishing and nurturing client relationships, managing third-party vehicle leasing offerings, and collaborating closely with local operations and HQ business sales leadership. Your mission is to build a winning sales team that cements Tesla as the preferred EV OEM, driving repeat and new business. With energy and expertise, you will shape Tesla's position in the market and achieve sales excellence.


What You’ll Do
  • Achieve sales objectives: Develop and execute a growth-focused sales strategy, building strong relationships with corporate clients, rental, and taxi companies for customer success.
  • Maximize business opportunities: Drive repeat business, pursue bulk deals, and leverage leasing company relationships to meet customer needs and drive growth.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team: Guide a motivated sales team, fostering ongoing performance development.
  • Manage corporate sales plan and brand standards: Maintain product knowledge, utilize CRM systems and tools, promote innovation and learning while ensuring brand management standards.
  • Champion excellence and continuous improvement: Ensure Tesla brand standards, promote best practices, maintain product knowledge, and utilize Tesla's CRM system for accurate reports.


What You’ll Bring
  • Significant managerial experience in B2B or commercial sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals
  • Exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to critical deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Passionate dedication and an ethical approach to sales management and operations
  • The ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner
  • solid knowledge of appropriate financial options and incentives
  • Fluency in English and the local language
