Lead and manage the HR team within the department, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering professional growth among team members;
Develop, maintain, and regularly update the organizational structure of the department, ensuring it is clear, current, and accessible to all employees;
Implement performance management methodologies and promote a culture of high-quality feedback;
Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding to ensure smooth transitions and development processes;
Identify and monitor key HR metrics, establishing benchmarks for continuous improvement;
Collaborate with other HR teams and department leaders to align initiatives with business objectives;
Maintain and foster the corporate culture within the department.
At least 5 years in an HRBP or similar role, with a proven track record of managing a team for a minimum of 2 years;
Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and succession planning to make informed, data-driven decisions;
Strong understanding of business needs and ability to act as a strategic partner to business leaders;
Expertise in organizational development and supporting teams through change management;
High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
Ability to mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment;
