Growe seeks an HR Business Partner with 5+ years' experience managing HR teams. Responsibilities include leading the HR team, developing and maintaining the organizational structure, implementing performance management, overseeing recruitment and onboarding/offboarding, identifying key HR metrics, collaborating with other HR teams and department leaders, and fostering the corporate culture. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and change management.   • Lead and manage the HR team within the department, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering professional growth among team members;

We need your professional experience:
  • At least 5 years in an HRBP or similar role, with a proven track record of managing a team for a minimum of 2 years;

  • Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and succession planning to make informed, data-driven decisions;

  • Strong understanding of business needs and ability to act as a strategic partner to business leaders;

  • Expertise in organizational development and supporting teams through change management;

  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
