Manage the holiday calendar and manage company calendars, including scheduling and reminders for birthdays or anniversaries
Be responsible for HR policies and procedures
Be responsible for all HR documentation
Communicate with external partners such as governmental agencies, health insurance providers, and immigration services
Be the point of contact for team members
Organize internal events such as team dinners and retreats
Support the recruiting team when necessary
Liaise between HR, operations, finance and other teams for smooth workflow
