Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the HR operation execution in Korea and Japan, including full employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, offboarding, transfer, compensation and benefits, data management, etc. Make sure the timeliness and accuracy of HR services, and continuously improve service levels and employee experience.

2. Main point of contact for general inquiries from employees in responsible area.

3. Understand the relevant HR policies in the local country, and establish a compliant, reasonable HR policy.

4. Be the point of contact for HR 3rd party service providers, and continuously monitor and manage the service provided.

5. Responsible for local HR operation process and execution. Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and improve employee experiences.

6. Optimize HR work practices and put forward reasonable suggestions through relevant benchmarking research or data analysis.

7. Ad hoc administrative duties to support HR team.

The successful applicant

1. Bachelor's degree or higher

2. International study or work experience in well-known companies in Korea or Japan is a plus.

3. More than 3 years of global HR-related work experience, familiar with local labor-related laws and regulations; Experience with HR operation, immigration, payroll, and the Workday system is a plus.

4. Have strong communication and coordination skills and effectively interact with all organization levels in a multicultural environment.

5. Fluent in Korean and Japanese is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
