Job Description

Tesla seeks an experienced HR Partner for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover in Zug. This generalist role requires building strong stakeholder relationships, driving key HR initiatives, coaching leadership, utilizing data for people initiatives, ensuring organizational efficiency, advising on labor law, upskilling employees, and optimizing talent placement. The ideal candidate will possess strong generalist HR experience, excellent communication skills in English and German, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include providing advice and guidance, partnering with leadership to drive top performance, and acting as a key challenger to leadership in fostering a positive culture.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys driving employee engagement and building organizational scalability in pursuit of the Tesla mission. The primary responsibility for this role is providing advice, guidance and support to a variety of businesses in a truly generalist capacity.

This is a 12 month fixed term parental leave cover.

What You’ll Do

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
Drive local implementation of key initiatives in alignment with the broader HR strategy and business requirements
Coach, develop and support local leadership resulting in increased management capability
Utilize company data to drive people initiatives to achieve business results
Partner with leadership to ensure organizational efficiency and scalability and providing expert advice on change management
Key challenger to leadership to enable them to provide a culture that brings the best out of our people
Advise on local labor law regulations
Upskilling managers and employees on relevant people processes and policies
Ensuring we have the best people in the right places
Partnering with the business to drive top performance

What You’ll Bring

Strong generalist HR experience is essential for this role
Good working knowledge of local employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and German and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
Proven track record of positively influencing teams
Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal
Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
