IT Helpdesk

This IT Helpdesk role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam involves hardware/software installation and configuration for users, managing accounts (including domain accounts and email accounts on servers and Azure Active Directory), troubleshooting hardware/software issues, ensuring data security, reclaiming hardware from resigned employees, managing the telephone and entrance control systems, providing end-user support for Microsoft Office, Windows, and remote access, basic LAN/WAN administration, setting up professional game design and development software, logging activities, and managing assets. The position requires a college degree in a computer-related field and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Experience in multinational companies is preferred. Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and Windows client systems is essential. The candidate should possess a good service attitude, be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
