This role involves creating, developing, and implementing training programs for specialists and conducting quality audits to maintain high standards. The specialist will also act as a Subject Matter Expert, addressing inquiries from operations specialists. Key responsibilities include outlining and assessing QA frameworks, establishing QA assessment channels and qualifying criteria, conducting root cause analysis of quality issues, developing standards for quality monitoring data, defining quality standards for consistency, initiating calibration sessions, developing and maintaining quality documentation, and participating in projects. Learning & Development responsibilities include developing new-hire content, conducting onboarding training, collaborating with stakeholders on training needs analysis, developing business-partnering roles for training progress reports, developing various L&D channels, leading assessment module development, proactively addressing L&D issues, and managing projects.
