Maverick Games seeks a Lead Engine Engineer to contribute to the development of a new AAA IP. Responsibilities include collaborating with other leaders, promoting code quality, empowering the team to find creative solutions, mentoring team members, evolving development practices, and bringing innovative ideas. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver and a strong leader with experience in game engine development. The role offers a competitive salary (£87,000-£110,000), bonus, benefits, perks, a monthly learning day, and 30 days of annual leave.
