1.负责PC/主机类产品全球市场的营销工作,包括整体营销策略制定,内容营销工作,创意Campaign策划与落地;
2.能够有效分析产品内核与玩法内核,筛选并明确目标用户、分析用户诉求、提炼核心卖点,并结合市场环境、产品阶段输出市场营销方案;
3.为各类事件、营销内容制定和规划执行效果目标,与核心业务指标关联,对产品的内容声量、传播效率、用户转化效率负责;
4.基于传播视角,与产品、社区、创意等团队配合,设计传播方案,推进游戏内外资源整合,落地执行。
1.3年以上PC/主机游戏营销或市场行业工作经验, 有PC/主机类产品全周期发行经验,有全球市场营销经验者优先;
2.对游戏行业熟悉且充满热情,有深度PC/主机类产品体验经历;
3.市场触觉敏锐,喜欢创意,能够快速抓住游戏用户偏好,对游戏内容生态有较深理解 ;
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力,善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作;
5.可用英文作为工作语言。
