What you’ll be doing...

The Named AE for Banking (Enterprise) will be responsible for driving sales growth.  Our flagship innovation harnesses the power of real-time data to reimagine the Customer 360, enabling businesses to create awe-inspiring customer interactions at scale. Leads a group of  Account Executives to help drive complex, strategic transactions. Your mission will be to develop a Destination Team distinguished by its supportive and inclusive culture, operational excellence, teamwork, commitment to professional development,  and consistent performance. 

  • What You’ll Be Doing...
    As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for driving aggressive sales growth and expanding our footprint in the financial sector, particularly within the banking industry. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and generating strong annual growth in revenue and bookings.
    - Develop and execute a robust customer acquisition strategy to achieve significant annual growth in revenue and bookings.
    - Set clear expectations and accurately forecast your business performance.
    - Manage the entire sales process, establishing key metrics for sales funnel management.
    - Hold yourself and your team accountable for meeting and exceeding pipeline generation and sales goals.
    - Build and maintain trusted relationships with key corporate teams, including industry marketing, product development, field and industry marketing, strategic operations, product management, and recruiting.
    - Implement an effective operating model and ensure adherence to internal processes. Drive the adoption and utilization of our sales methodology and sales and marketing systems and tools.
    - Align and coordinate with product, customer success, and services teams to deliver exceptional success for our customers.
    - Stay informed about competition, competitive issues, and industry products.
    - Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding enterprise business. Anticipate future needs and define new processes and programs to enhance overall productivity and results.
    Who You Are...
    - 8+ years of experience as an Account Executive or Sales Manager with leadership experience.
    - Extensive knowledge and experience working within the financial sector, particularly banking.
    - Consistent track record of overachieving quota and revenue goals.
    - Proven ability to build satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers.
    - Demonstrated success working within a highly matrixed organization.
    - Experience leading comprehensive pipeline generation strategies and execution.
    - Strong operational and analytical skills.
    - Proven sales experience and revenue achievement selling complex software offerings, primarily at the C-level.
    - Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales organization.
