Job Description

This Offline Marketing role involves planning, coordinating, and executing BTL marketing campaigns, including events, activations, promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include working with creative and operations teams, managing logistics and vendors, serving as a business team point of contact, driving POSM pilots, creating campaign documentation, monitoring campaign progress, conducting market research, and assisting in content development. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or a related field, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing BTL marketing campaigns, including events, activations, promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure all campaign materials are prepared and delivered on time and meet campaign requirements.
Support logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination for events and activations.

Business Support:
Serve as a point of contact for the business team - ensure Paytm’s visibility at key events and cities. 
Drive POSM pilots, ensure deployment reports and track effectiveness of elements
Assist in creating and maintaining campaign documentation, including timelines, provisioning, budgets, and status reports.
Coordinate with respective sales teams to ensure seamless execution on ground and achievement of business goals
Campaign Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor and track the progress of campaigns, gathering data on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion.
Assist in compiling campaign performance reports and presenting insights to internal teams.

Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support campaign strategies.
Provide insights into new potential marketing opportunities, target audiences (consumer & merchants), and creative approaches (competition benchmark).
Content & Material Development:
Assist in the creation of marketing assets for campaigns and events.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop content that aligns with the brand’s messaging and campaign objectives.
Vendor & Supplier Management:
Support the procurement team by introducing third-party vendors/agencies
Ensure that vendor contracts and deliverables are aligned with campaign needs and timelines
Coordinate with the agency and backend for vendor onboarding

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:
4-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a BTL agency, experiential marketing, or event management is a must.
Experience in executing or supporting marketing campaigns is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing software tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage relationships with business SPOCs, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently when necessary
