Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional creative marketeer who has proven experience developing world- class, culturally potent campaigns and driving marketing innovation. You’ll bring flair, raise the bar creatively and bring customer- centric thinking to develop effective communications that drive long- term growth. We’re looking for an excellent team player who can lead by example and work collaboratively across departments to deliver campaigns in the US consumer landscape on our biggest tentpole campaigns. 

Your role within the Kingdom

You will sit in the Product Marketing team who owns the go-to-market and campaign management of our biggest tentpoles, working closely across departments and with our Creative Director, you will drive how we think differently in our campaigns and deliver for players and the business. Working with agencies, creative partners and the wider product marketing team. You would be a creative thinker and problem solver who can collaborate and drive new creative ideas into the market. This is a highly visible and dynamic role where one minute you will be working alongside key marketing partners to help define the Go To Market plan, and next you’ll be directly managing productions, before presenting the latest brand asset work to the wider marketing organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign big idea: Working with internal and external partners to think of the big idea for our campaigns, solving problems and collaboration whilst knitting together a holistic campaign with the rest of the team 

  • Managing Production: Shaping and delivering high- profile campaigns with a focus on creativity, craft  and innovation. Managing external agency partners to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns and materials. Whether it’s TV for the US market, a global partnership activation or an internal sizzle, the same quality and attention is expected across all budgets and audiences. The same applies for internal productions, where you will work closely with the marketing studio team to ensure pitch decks, toolkits and other brand owned materials are best in class.

  • Build clear and compelling briefs: Tanslating insights into effective brand and campaign strategies, ensuring we always stay audience and insight- centric

  • Paid Media: Ensure paid media content is of the highest standard, working with the Media team to ensure ambitious creative, new formats and innovating

  • Timelines Set timelines, milestones, and deliverables within the Activation group for creative and paid needs, and maintain and drive accountability for the successful execution of activation plans.

  • Presenting skills: Building decks and presenting with confidence difficult concepts to stakeholders of different knowledge levels

You are a highly creative, confident, and collaborative strategist who thrives on making the complex simple, building strong relationships and even stronger business narratives.

Other skills include:

  • Extensive experience in a creative agency, with demonstrated experience working within the entertainment or gaming sector

  • Ideally experience within a client-side role

  • Creatively ambitious and resilient personality, with a love of craft

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence across a large number of teams at all levels of the organisation (including C-level).

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage differing expectations.

  • Fluency in production within digital media and the experience economy, as well as more traditional paid media channels

  • Culturally rooted do-er, with an eye for design and a genuine passion for entertainment 

  • Ability to prioritise between multiple requests and challenge thinking 

  • Ability to spot knowledge gaps and support on workstreams to fill them

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, ever changing, and often ambiguous environment.
