Working closely with the Senior Communications Manager, this role involves daily interaction with the community across social media and other channels. Key responsibilities include engaging with players, addressing concerns, collecting feedback, creating content for social media, reporting on community engagement, moderating discussions, and acting as a liaison between players and the development team. The specialist will also assist with internal communications and collaborate with other PlayStation Studios teams. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage a high volume of support requests, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
