Zscaler seeks an experienced Partner Business Manager for its EMEA team, based in the UK. Reporting to the UK&I Director of Channel Sales, responsibilities include engaging with partners and distributors, developing product/sales competency within strategic partners, advising/coaching sales/technical/operations teams, and satisfying business indicators related to pipeline, meetings, and ACV growth. The role involves collaboration across teams to develop joint account plans, map opportunities, and accelerate sales. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of channel sales experience in SaaS, a degree, proficiency in complex deals, and strong joint business/territory planning skills.

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Partner Business Manager to join our EMEA team, based in the UK. Reporting to the UK&I Director of Channel Sales, you'll be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with partners and Distributors through planning, forecasting, opportunity management, active deal support, and services engagements.
  • Develop product and sales competency within our core set of regional strategic partners, influencing their GTM and sales strategy with Zscaler's "CLOSE framework" to lead partner sourced pipeline
  • Advise and coach the sales, technical and operations team supporting those accounts and customers as to how to grow and accelerate Zscaler's presence within that segment.
  • Satisfy business Indicators associated with pipeline contribution, business development meetings and ACV growth by partner.
  • Promote Collaboration with partners, field sales, Distributors, and customers to form joint account plans, map to customer opportunities, increase sales velocity, and win together.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have 4 years of experience in Channel sales within a SaaS based software company.
  • Minimum education to degree level.
  • Must be proficient in complex deals.
  • Superb Joint business planning or Territory planning skills and a demonstrated history outlining and establishing sales strategies.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable levels of achievement against target.
  • Demonstrate leadership that promotes and exemplifies the highest levels of teamwork, accountability, and mutual support to the Partner.
