The Performance & Incentive(P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentive and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The P&I team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization. The P&I Global Projects team plays a strategic role in shaping and driving the company’s global performance & incentive agenda in countries outside of Mainland China. The team will lead key initiatives such as Global Fair Compensation (Pay Equity, Reporting & Transparency), Global Pay Compliance, Global Pay Policies, and Global Communication & Alignment across our international offices in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas (excluding Mainland China). Our work balances both strategic and tactical delivery across these workstreams with a focus on developing P&I strategies that support long-term business objectives that are future-proof, system driven while ensuring competitive alignment and legislative compliance across global markets. Responsibilities 1. Project Management: - Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to performance and incentives primarily related to compensation compliance, to ensure they are delivered on time and to the required quality standards. - Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders. - Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed. - Track project progress and provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders. 2. Strategic Alignment: - Ensure that projects are aligned with the company's long-term business objectives and support the development of future-proof, system-driven P&I strategies. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are integrated into the broader business and P&I strategy. - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance and incentives to ensure the our policies remain competitive. 3. Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including HR, finance, and business units. - Ensure that stakeholders are engaged and their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. - Manage expectations and communicate effectively to ensure buy-in and support for projects. 4. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with the P&I Global Projects team to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Support team members in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the team. - Participate in team meetings and provide input and feedback as needed. 5. Legislative Compliance: - Ensure that P&I policies like profit sharing plans comply with relevant legislation and regulations in global markets. - Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and ensure that policies are adjusted accordingly. - Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure that projects are in line with company policies and procedures. 6. Communication and Reporting: - Prepare clear and concise project reports and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. - Present project updates and recommendations to senior management as needed. - Facilitate communication between different teams and ensure that information is shared effectively. 7. Continuous Improvement: - Identify areas for improvement in project processes and procedures and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Capture lessons learned from projects and share them with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Experience in Compensation, especially Profit-sharing plans, inflationary compensation approaches, job classifications, Collective Bargaining Agreements; Incentive and Benefits in LATAM region with exposure to global practices. 3. Strong analytical & project management capabilities: Analyze trends, surveys, and spreadsheets to determine C&B strategies. 4. Great communication and stakeholder management skills: Be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with employees, the broad HR team and business lead & also be comfortable presenting programs and plans to employee groups, HR and leadership teams. 5. Strong Ethics and Discretion: Deal with confidential information and therefore, must be ethical and discrete when it comes to handling sensitive information. 6. Hands on experience with managing large datasets, project management tools, MS Office Skills. 7. Proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications 1. Advantageous to have at least 3 years of experience in core Compensation & Benefits or related regional or global project management. 2. Experienced working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a tech firm. 3. Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish as the role will cover LATAM region.
