Job Summary

Job Description

As a Performance Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel digital media plans to meet performance KPIs. You will also be responsible for managing campaign activations on self-managed platforms and direct media according to a schedule that does not affect the fulfillment of KPIs. Additionally, you will analyze performance data, make rapid changes to plans, and provide strategic recommendations to clients to further drive results. You will also be responsible for reporting optimizations and consolidated post-campaign results, identifying learnings and areas for improvement. Finally, you will constantly seek to innovate, whether through new strategies, technologies, or ways of working.
Must have:
  • At least two years of experience in full-funnel digital media planning
  • At least two years of experience in full-funnel campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of self-managed platforms (META, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X and Tik Tok)
  • Knowledge of Looker Studio (data studio) and tagging
Good to have:
  • Experience working in B2B categories or with brands with a lead objective

Descripción del empleo

Ejecuta, verifica y es capaz de responder de manera oportuna a los requerimientos diarios del cliente, siendo un apoyo constante para el negocio

  • Desarrollar planes de medios digitales full funnel para cumplir con los KPI de rendimiento.
  • Administrar las activaciones de campañas en plataformas autogestionadas y medios directos según calendarización que no afecte el cumplimiento de KPI’s.
  • Analizar los datos de rendimiento, realizar cambios rápidos en los planes y brindar recomendaciones estratégicas al cliente para impulsar aún más los resultados.
  • Reportar semanalmente optimizaciones y consolidado post campaña identificando aprendizajes y puntos de mejora.
  • Buscar constantemente innovar, ya sea a través de nuevas estrategias, tecnologías o formas de trabajar.

Requisitos

  • Al menos dos años de experiencia en planificación de medios digitales full funnel
  • Al menos dos años de experiencia en optimización de campañas full funnel
  • Conocimientos de plataformas autogestionadas (META, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X y Tik Tok) se requiere que el perfil de planificador haya implementado campañas con objetivo performance
  • Conocimiento de Looker Studio (data studio) y tagging.
  • Es un plus, que haya trabajado en categorías B2B y/o marcas con objetivo leads
