We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Analyst to join our team, with flexibility to be based in Stockholm, Malmo, Berlin, London or Barcelona.
As a Principal Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business operations and taking the lead on measuring value creation in our games. Acting as the product owner for important strategic projects, you will coordinate and support sophisticated, cross-area initiatives, as well as defining and supervising criteria for success. Working collaboratively across the organization including the leadership teams, your role will involve taking a lead on business governance, performance management and efficiency tracking for the Farm organization.
 

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with FLT and Area Leaders to set high-level strategic OKRs that track leading indicators to deliver on business goals

• Develop and implement methods for performance and efficiency tracking across the entire team.

• Build and maintain relevant important metrics and insights, ensuring they are updated, supervised, and shared with relevant people.

• Own, gather, aggregate and provide data insights into the operational, financial, and efficiency performance of the game. Build and maintain forecasts, impact calendars and reports to supervise KPIs and monitor performance against business goals.

• Manage budgets related to Game Operations and Outsourcing, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost management.

• Proactively identify and monitor risks that could impact product development, from live incidents, resource shortages to technical challenges and works pro-actively to mitigate them.

• Establishes quality metrics and standards to ensure we can continuously measure and deliver a reliable player experience.

• Lead communications and information-sharing processes ensuring people at various levels have the right level and amount of information to be engaged, advised, and able to make good decisions.

• Oversee the preparation and coordination of materials for cross-area meetings and other deliverables. Set agendas, distribute tasks, and handle timelines with input from relevant teams, ensuring clear communication and adherence to deadlines.

• Continuously seek to simplify, automate, and improve processes and ways of working for the areas you own and support the rest of the organisation in this space.
   

Skills

• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and aligning OKRs with business goals to deliver successful outcomes.

• Passion about data and analytics, with skills to create, present and maintain accurate metrics, forecasts and insights to inform decision making and track performance.

• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and report reliability.

• Self-driven in identifying opportunities for improvement and takes initiative to drive positive change.

• Proven experience in budget management, including resource allocation and cost management.

• Exceptional communication across all contexts, with expertise in creating impactful presentations and slides with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.

• Skilled at building strong partnerships and effectively coordinating with cross functional stakeholders.

• Self-motivation with a history of exceeding high-performance standards.

• Familiarity with industry trends and key business drivers, with an ability to leverage this knowledge.

• Adaptable and reliable team player committed to supporting team goals and contributing to a collaborative and cohesive environment.
