Job Description

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Producer will lead and coordinate all activities and stakeholders to ensure game delivery from conception to final release. This includes defining project management strategy, establishing milestones, and overseeing quality, budget, and planning. The role involves managing risks, mobilizing internal resources like QA and playtesting, and coordinating external teams for localization and quality assurance. The Producer will also be responsible for analyzing and validating milestones with studios and providing regular progress reports to management. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the video game or multimedia industry.
Must have:
  • Define and ensure project management strategy in collaboration with the Production Studio.
  • Support the Studio to establish milestones and game progress indicators.
  • Ensure project management and smooth running by coordinating stakeholders.
  • Monitor production quality, budget, planning, and manage potential risks.
  • Mobilize and supervise internal resources for project execution (QA, playtest, release management).
  • Identify and propose external resources if technical reinforcement is needed.
  • Plan and coordinate external teams' intervention (localization, QA).
  • Analyze and validate milestones with the studios.
  • Provide reports on project progress to management and collaborators.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will pilot and coordinate the necessary activities and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the game, from its conception to its final delivery, within the given deadlines and budget, and at the expected quality level.

As such, your main missions will be:

  • Define and ensure the project management strategy in close collaboration with the Production Studio (planning design and follow-up) by supporting the Studio to establish milestones and game progress indicators.
  • Ensure the management and smooth running of the project by coordinating the various stakeholders and activities:
  • Monitoring production quality, budget and planning, and managing potential risks (identification, criticality estimation, proposal and activation of solutions to address them).
  • Mobilization and supervision of internal resources for project execution (QA, playtest, release management).
  • Identification and proposal of external resources to the Studio, if technical reinforcement is needed.
  • Planning and coordination of external teams' intervention (localization, QA...).
  • Analysis and validation of milestones with the studios.
  • Provide reports on project progress to management and collaborators.

Profile Sought

  • Coming from a higher education in a video game or multimedia school, you have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar positions.
  • You master the stages of video game development, the professions involved, and know how to unite and mobilize teams around a common project.
  • You demonstrate leadership, listening/assertiveness, critical thinking, and a good ability to convince.
  • Finally, you have an excellent command of English, both oral and written.
