What we’re looking for
• 2+ years of demonstrable experience in a Production role and/or 1 launched title/app/product
• Experience with some form of Project Management and Roadmapping Software (ex. Smartsheets, MS Project, JIRA Plans)
• Experience using Google docs and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize and assess risks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to deal with changing priorities.
• Comfortable communicating complex ideas in English.
• Strong written communication skills (English B2 and Spanish)
• Passion for videogames.
Responsibilities
• Create overall project plans, as well as, feature schedules to then inform the larger project roadmaps. .
• Assess and manage the status of all teams.
• Facilitie communication across teams / disciplines with the ability to identify and remove roadblocks.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to prevent problems before they arise.
• Communicate with publishers, suppliers and external partners.
• Maintain and encourage workflow processes alongside daily tasks.
• Update and keep track of plans, schedules, and production documentation.
• Mentor junior team members as well as keep the team motivated and focused
• Work with the production team and Sr. Management to help determine resources needed to complete work, identifying and communicating issues in the development process
• Advocate for product quality and playtesting during development
Nice-to-Haves
• Expertise in setting up and configuring Atlassian apps (Jira/Confluence).
• Unreal Engine and UGS, knowledge.
• Source Control Experience (ex. Git, P4)
• Broad understanding of videogame industry standards and trends.
• Project Management Training / Agile Training and Certificates
