LogicLadder is seeking a creative and motivated Product Designer with 0-1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a desire to create engaging and intuitive products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals.
  • Participate in user testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Maintain design documentation and contribute to the design system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design. Key Skill
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in product design or a related field.
  • Familiarity with UX research methods and user testing.
  • Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes.
  • Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Good to have :
  • Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment
