LogicLadder is seeking a creative and motivated Product Designer with 0-1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a desire to create engaging and intuitive products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and preferences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals.
- Participate in user testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Maintain design documentation and contribute to the design system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design. Key Skill
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- 0-1 year of experience in product design or a related field.
- Familiarity with UX research methods and user testing.
- Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Good to have :
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment
