Requirements
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination throughout project lifecycles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build relationships with external stakeholders, such as partners, clients, and community members, and founding teams from portfolio companies to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster positive engagement.
- Work closely with the trading, technology, and operations teams to implement and align project goals and deliverables.
- Analyze market data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to continuously improve our market making performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the crypto market making space
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Collaborate with the broader leadership team on strategic initiatives and business planning
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience, in a Project Management role preferably in the crypto industry
- Self-starting and highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or other Web3 concepts is a plus.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of understanding stakeholder needs and addressing concerns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Passion for the crypto and fintech industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field
