Your Role at Hogarth:
As a Project Manager, you will support our team in the successful implementation of projects in print and media production. You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with all aspects of project management and continuously develop your skills. Your tasks include:
- Support in planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects.
- Assistance in creating project plans, timings, and budgets.
- Communication with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Support in managing collaboration between customer service, production, resource management, and finance departments.
- Application of project management tools for project control and documentation.
- Identification of potential for improvement in existing workflows and processes.
- Assistance in coordinating the production process from print data creation to final print.
- Taking on administrative tasks in project management.
What we expect from you:
- Completed training in media design, multimedia management, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in print and media production.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is desirable.
- Good English skills, written and spoken, for communication with international clients and teams.
- High motivation and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a high degree of initiative and responsibility.
- Team player, resilient, and able to work precisely and reliably under time pressure.
