Job Summary
Job Description
The Publishing Manager at KRAFTON's Publishing Division 2 will be responsible for developing and executing global business strategies for assigned projects. Responsibilities include project management, inter-departmental communication, strategic planning and execution, addressing service issues, managing KPIs and performance, and defining game improvements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management and execution experience, a deep understanding of global game products, strong strategic thinking and communication skills, and the ability to handle global business operations. The role involves overseeing all aspects of a game's lifecycle, from planning and launch to ongoing live service and optimization.
Must have:
- 5+ years project management experience
- Experience in business/service strategy
- Deep understanding of global game products
- Strategic thinking & communication skills
- Able to travel internationally
Good to have:
- Deep understanding of global game communities and content
- Experience with global game launches across various genres and platforms
- KPI establishment and management experience
- Business-level English proficiency

본 포지션은 Publishing 2본부의 퍼블리싱 매니저로서, 본부에서 담당하는 프로젝트의 글로벌 사업 전략을 수립하고 실행하며 프로젝트를 운영하는 역할을 담당합니다

- 게임 사업 전략/계획 수립 및 실행
- 게임 서비스 이슈 대응 및 지표/성과 관리
- 게임 개선사항 정의 및 액션 아이템 도출

- 5년 이상의 프로젝트 관리 및 실행 경험
- 사업/서비스 전략 수립 및 실행 경험
- 사업, 운영, 개발, 마케팅 등 글로벌 게임 프로덕트 전반에 대한 깊은 이해
- 전략적 사고 능력과 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
