Job Summary
Job Description
This role is for a Publishing Tech PM within Krafton's Infra division, requiring 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities include overseeing the technical preparation for live game services, troubleshooting technical issues, managing milestones related to game service launches, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve live service issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with online game or IT-related technologies, public cloud environments, scripting/programming, online game development and publishing processes, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with technical project management, DevOps, and English fluency are highly desirable.
Must have:
- 3+ years online game/IT experience
- Public cloud service operation experience
- Scripting/programming skills (Python, etc.)
- Understanding of online game development/publishing
- Adaptable to new technologies
- Excellent communication & collaboration
Good to have:
- Game service launch/operation experience
- DevOps experience (CI/CD, automation)
- English fluency (technical communication)

- 게임의 라이브 런칭과 서비스 중 발생하는 기술 문제 Troubleshoot
- 게임 서비스 런칭과 관련된 기술 준비와 마일스톤 관리
이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)
- 온라인 게임 또는 IT 관련 기술업무 경력 3년 이상
- Public cloud 환경에서 서비스 운영 경험과 필요 기술 요소에 대한 이해
- 스크립트 언어(Python, Powershell, Bash 등) 또는 프로그래밍(GO, C# 등) 작성 경험 보유
- 온라인 게임의 개발 및 퍼블리싱 프로세스에 대한 이해
- 새로운 기술을 익히고 적용하는데 어려움이 없는 분
- 협업을 위한 원만한 성격 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

- 기술 PM으로서 게임 서비스 런칭, 운영 경험이 있으신 분
- 서비스 환경 구성, CI/CD, 시스템 자동화 등 DevOps 경험이 있으신 분
