Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Well, what about the team?

The promotions team focus on creating engaging promotions that drives player retention and overall satisfaction whilst maintaining business KPIs. They aim to deliver on the promotional and rewards and loyalty offering for all player segments across the UK brands.


So, what will you be doing?

  • Create monthly promotional plans for all activity across your brands to help support delivery of OKR and KPI targets for the business
  • Implementation of plans in line with the promotional strategy defined by Head of Promotions
  • Creation and execution of promotional activity from conception to live, including working with other key stakeholders within the Marketing team to deliver our content.
  • Own the tracking of performance for promotions against set objectives and report back on a monthly basis
  • Adopt test and learn processes to identify promotional opportunities for growth within the customer base
  • Execute targeted promotions for key cohorts, which drives retention to brands
  • Delivery of promotional plans for our customers in a timely manner
  • Adopt best practices to reduce errors and minimise customer contacts to CS.
  • Hold monthly briefing sessions with CS and PX to update them on our activity
  • Support Promotions Manager with tracking of spend on daily basis, proposing actions if needed
  • Become a superuser on our rewards tooling to improve personal and team effectiveness in delivery
  • Work with, and understand content recommendations from Product Ops and identify best mechanics for end user delivery

  • Gaming industry experience (nice to have)
  • Experience of using Braze (not essential)
  • Experience and knowledge of online sportsbooks (not essential)
