What You'll Do

I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for assigned tasks in Game Releases Project and associated Jira projects
• Maintain and update the Wizard Game Distribution Scripts
• Maintain and update the Ignite Game Distribution Scripts
• Uploading, enabling and configuring all new releases in assigned markets
• Prepare and upload all 3rd party games for the weekly distribution
• Communicate and support all relevant teams in relation to game releases (add games for testing purposes)
• Responsible for the configuration of the new Wizard and Ignite releases (stakes configuration, manual stakes, features)
• Improving processes of games releases with the purpose of increasing efficiency (automations)
• Communicate with all 3rd parties in relation to the game releases (support of 3rd party vendors - upload, enable and configure)
• Ownership of testing process of all new releases.
• Maintain transparent communication with immediate manager, with respect to work undertaken and ensure that performance standards/expectations should not get breached.
• Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing tasks and projects.
• Provide timely progress reports and seek guidance as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
• Attend & contribute to team huddles, meetings & ad hoc meetings when required.
• Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the achievement of department and organizational goals.

II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHIP

• In his/her everyday work the RGS Release Specialist is subordinate to his/her superior or to the Managing Director of the Company, according to the approved Company’s organizational chart.
• Work closely with all relevant parties both inside and outside of the company.

Business orientation: The RGS Release Specialist must have a reasonable understanding of the Company’s business, its technical, financial and organizational structure.

Professional skills: The RGS Release Specialist must be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company and should have strong written and verbal communication skills. In addition, the RGS Release Specialist must stand out with excellent decision-making skills, effective problem-solving skills, as well as skills to work independently and in team.

Personal skills: Integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, ability for respect the personal dignity and rights of each employee, interest in fintech and services and motivation to occupy the position.

Other requirements: English language; excellent computer literacy.
