VIBES seeks a Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, accelerating the sales pipeline, building client relationships, conducting presentations and demonstrations, negotiating deals, and exceeding sales targets. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure value propositions and customer satisfaction, creating sales reports, and participating in weekly sales meetings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution selling within a B2B software or SaaS environment, particularly in the automotive industry, and strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. International travel is required.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/related field
  • 3+ years in technical sales/sales engineering (B2B software)
  • Proven track record in solution selling
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • Understanding customer pain points
  • Structured problem-solving skills
Good to have:
  • Experience selling to automotive OEMs
  • French, German, Dutch, Korean, or Japanese language proficiency

We are a scale-up, tech company with our roots in engineering and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Growth Specialist to join our team. We’re committed to empowering companies in the industry with the latest technology and professional support to optimize their development processes. Your main responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for VIBES;

  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities and understand competitors;

  • Proactively generate, identify and pursue new sales leads;

  • Accelerate the sales pipeline;

  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with clients;

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations;

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of our value propositions and customer satisfaction;

  • Generate daily/weekly sales reports and participate in weekly sales meetings with the team leader to discuss progress.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in B2B software or SaaS environments;

  • You have a proven track record in solution selling and a new business hunter mentality;

  • You will bring strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a relatable way for both technical and non-technical audiences, on multiple levels;

  • Preferably, you have experience in selling globally to engineering innovation centers of automotive OEMs (like BMW, Volvo, Hyundai, etc.) and tier-1 automotive suppliers;

  • A genuine interest in understanding customer pain points and a commitment to providing value-driven solutions;

  • You work structured and can break down complex problems;

  • You have a sharp eye for detail in everything you create;

  • It’s a very big plus if you have (next to English) language proficiency in either French, German, Dutch, Korean or Japanese;

  • You will make international travels, multiple times a year.

About The Company

We love innovation in dynamics! We make software to reduce sound and vibrations, mostly in (electrical) vehicles. With our technology, we predict these noises even before the vehicle has been built, so you don’t have to build a prototype over and over again. We make models based on tests, which can be combined with simulations, enabling hybrid design strategies. A modular NVH process ensures that vibration problems can be solved up-front, instead of in the late and expensive phase of troubleshooting.
