Job Description

As a Sales Advisor at Tesla in Wroclaw, you'll be a crucial part of guiding customers through the process of purchasing a Tesla vehicle. You'll act as a product expert, showcasing Tesla's mission and the benefits of electric vehicle ownership. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing detailed information on vehicles and financing options, addressing concerns, and exceeding customer expectations to build lasting relationships. You'll work closely with a team, contributing to a seamless sales and delivery process. Success is measured by achieving sales goals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, along with fluency in English and Polish.

You understand our customers' needs, inform them about our vehicles, and guide them through the sales process so they can make informed decisions.

What You’ll Do
Representation: You are a product expert for Tesla vehicles and technologies, staying informed about the latest developments and trends

Customer Service: You understand the needs and preferences of each customer and offer individualized solutions that meet their requirements, such as providing information on the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience

Support: You guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, delivery timelines, and serve as a trusted advisor who addresses all questions, concerns, or objections

Sales Experience: You provide your customers with an exceptional experience that exceeds their expectations and build long-term relationships with them

Success-Oriented: You achieve or exceed your sales goals and performance metrics, driving your professional development and the growth of the company

Team Spirit: Working closely with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience rounds out your profile
