Appier is seeking a Sales Development Associate (Inside Sales) to spearhead growth in the US market. Responsibilities include generating new clients through strategic outreach (email, social media, calls), reigniting leads, identifying prospects using tools like Hubspot and Apollo, crafting email campaigns tailored to products and industries, tracking efforts, collaborating with regional teams, and assisting sellers with pitches. The ideal candidate is ambitious, tech-savvy, and possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience in advertising, marketing, or media sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas is preferred.

About the role

As a Sales Development Associate for the US, you’ll spearhead growth by uncovering untapped opportunities through strategic outreach and engagement. This role is your gateway to making a tangible impact in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while shaping Appier’s success in the US market.

Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation

    • Generate new clients through strategic email, social media, and call outreach.
    • Reignite leads with creative follow-ups to boost interest in Appier’s products.
    • Identify prospects using tools like Hubspot, Apollo, and SignalHire, maintaining accurate CRM records.

Campaign Development

    • Craft and refine email campaigns tailored to products (CrossX, Woopra) and industries (beauty, gaming, e-commerce, etc.).
    • Localize email templates to engage diverse US audiences.

Collaboration & Analysis

    • Track prospecting efforts, collaborate with regional teams, and report weekly progress.
    • Assist sellers in delivering compelling pitches during sales calls.
    • Collaborate with teams to qualify leads, build pipelines, and support deal closures.
    • Research competitors and expand the prospect database to uncover new opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced sales environments, thriving on new challenges.
  • Proficient in analyzing data, solving problems, and making effective decisions.
  • Native English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including email writing.
  • Skilled in creating engaging email content and managing high-volume automated outreach to drive lead generation.
  • Confident in engaging with potential clients through cold calls and handling digital inbound leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and manage time in a results-oriented setting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in advertising, marketing, or media sales, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and terminology.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in product and content writing to effectively communicate value.
  • Multilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French).
  • Relevant Industry Background: Experience in advertising sales, software sales, marketing, consulting, account management, or media.
