Sales Operation Analyst. EMEA Sales acceleration.The EMEA Operations and CE and S team is a team of sales operations professionals operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for a smart, proactive, collaborative, and outcome-driven sales ops analyst who has bold goals, a great attitude, and the ability to accelerate our journey towards Intelligent Operations. We're looking for an experienced UK based Sales Operation Analyst to join our team.Description of the Role: In this critical role, you will support key billings and consumption processes on Demand/Supply/Revenue/ Data for CCG/NEX/DCAI and our sales leaders. You will develop and maintain advanced analytics to support billings and influence GTM actions across all of our sales motions. These are including but not limited to:Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage key billings processes on Demand/Supply/Revenue for CCG/NEX/DCAI.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics to support billings and consumption and influence GTM actions with our sales leaders.
  • Utilize Power Query, Power BI, and machine learning models as well as have internal market signals to analyse customer sales patterns and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate insights-driven decision-making through the application of human ingenuity and diverse data.
  • Optimize sales operations processes and leverage dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support key initiatives and business optimization.
  • Have a flexible and growth mind-set, showing willingness to adapt to our changing business environment and work cross team to deliver business results.

Qualifications

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI. Knowledge and use of machine learning models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience in developing advanced analytics and forecasting models.
  • 6. Excellent communication, influence and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
