SAP HCM Senior Associate Consultant

Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field is required.
• Preference is given to candidates with academic exposure and experience with an accredited SAP Alliance University program.
• Must have 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with SAP HCM module.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and/or Payroll.
• SAP HCM certification (not mandatory but advantageous).

• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, etc.)
• Acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for an SAP HCM Consultant.
• Practice and update oneself on the topics covered during the training.
• Proactively explore learning to have in-depth knowledge and expertise.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (optional).
• Understand business processes for focus areas or modules.
• Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
