We are one of the leading providers of Advisory related services in Greece. The Outsourcing team of PwC Greece is the leading provider of Accounting, Payroll & HR solutions in Greece, assisting organisations to get value from our outsourcing experience and bring together the skills to deliver improvements in people, processes, and technology. With a team of approximately two hundred professionals, we aim to provide holistic solutions to our clients supporting them in confronting the challenging and constantly changing environment in Greece.

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Accounting Professional to join our Accounting Outsourcing team and support one of our projects in Mykonos (on-site prese.

As a member of our team you will:

• Manage Accounting, Finance and Tax Compliance Outsourcing activities to clients and have overall responsibility for the accounting process
• Participate in the preparation and review of the statutory financial statements under Greek GAAP and IFRS
• Participate in the preparation and review of the corporate tax returns (VAT, CIT, Withholding tax etc.)
• Have responsibility of the bookkeeping and the financial reporting to clients’ management
• Advise clients on statutory accounting and tax compliance requirements

What we are looking for

• Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience 
• Previous experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm will be considered an asset
• Experience of working on multiple accounts will be highly regarded
• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university
• Strong knowledge of Tax and Accounting legislation
• Strong accounting skills and technical knowledge on financial reporting matters
• Excellent computer skills, proficient user of Excel
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
• A confident and positive attitude with strong team working ethics but also with the ability to work autonomously
• Military services fulfilled (for male candidates)
