Senior App Growth and Operations Manager

The opportunity
Unity is seeking an experienced Growth and Operations manager to oversee user acquisition and monetization operations for a new app. You will play a critical part in setting the groundwork for the app’s launch and long-term success.

What you'll be doing

• User Acquisition and Growth Strategy:
• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase app downloads and active users
• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels. Optimize allocation of budget
• Collaborate and build relationships with various marketing partners / channels
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• User Engagement and Retention
• Design strategies and manage day-to-day execution to improve user engagement, loyalty, and retention
• Analyze user behavior and implement changes to enhance user experience
• Work with the product team to introduce and AB test features that align with user needs and optimize performance KPIs
• Optimize Operations and Collaborate Cross-functionally
• Optimize operational processes, implement automation tools to streamline workflows, and define best practices
• Collaborate with data, marketing, business operations teams, and management

What we're looking for

• Experience in performance-based marketing or growth role
• Understanding of mobile app ecosystem
• Strong data analysis skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience launching a mobile app or game
• Proactive, self-starter

You might also have

• Experience building or managing loyalty programs
