Job Description

This role involves designing and developing the core architecture of a game's backend, maintaining the game's basic platform, designing and developing server-side modules, and ensuring server performance, stability, security, and efficiency. Responsibilities include core backend architecture design and development, game platform development and maintenance, server system module design and development, and ensuring server quality across various aspects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, 5+ years of Linux game backend development experience, and proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages like Python or Shell. Experience with large-scale, high-performance, distributed development is highly preferred, along with a successful track record of online game project development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Must have:

5+ years Linux game backend dev experience
C/C++ & scripting language proficiency
Strong programming fundamentals
Network programming, OS, database expertise
High-performance, distributed system experience
Successful online game development experience

Responsibilities:

1.负责游戏后台核心架构设计及开发；
2.负责游戏基础平台的开发与维护；
3.负责游戏服务器系统模块设计和开发工作；
4.对服务器端性能，稳定性，安全性，效能等多方面质量负责。

Requirements:

1.本科及以上学历，5年或以上Linux游戏后台开发经验；
2.熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统下的C/C++开发，熟悉shell/python/一种或以上脚本语言；
3.拥有扎实的编程基础，熟悉网络编程、操作系统、数据库、多线程等基础知识；
4.对海量、高性能、分布式开发有经验者优先；
5.具备完整的网络游戏项目开发经验，有成功线上产品者优先；
6.熟悉游戏开发过程中的细节，具备优秀的分析解决问题能力和沟通协作能力和抗压能力。
