We are looking for a Senior Consultant (Paid Social profile) to be employed in our Milan office.
You will work in a team for an important Client operating in the Luxury sector to reach its business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution.

Job Description:

You will:

  • Plan and manage paid social (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) including but not limited to brief understanding, strategy definition, budget split on media vendors, payout negotiation, media plan creation, social account set up, daily optimisations, reporting

  • Assist with client interactions including reporting, meetings, QBRs as needed

  • Always maintains a strong focus on clients’ KPIs and is eager to find ways to meet targets

  • Be in charge of liaising with the client on all social activities and trends

  • Ensure best practice and innovation in all activities

  • Support digital leader / partner in managing and coordinating the team

  • Build strong relationships across Client Services and other channel team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (4+ years in a similar role) in the strategic and operational management of performance-driven advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

  • Excellent knowledge of social, search adv platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter) and Analytics

  • Good knowledge of display performance media vendors and technologies

  • Ability to identify and evaluate new media suppliers and successfully activate tests on new channels.

  • Strategic vision and a strong results orientation; Knowledge of conversion optimization practices

  • Attention to and curiosity about new trends and emerging opportunities in the digital market.

  •  Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment.

  • Analytical mindset, financial acumen and ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.

  • Familiarity with Ad Serving

  • Good level of English language, both written and oral

  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers 

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service 

  • Effective time management and project management skills Team working and collaborative attitude 

  • If necessary is able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
