Your impact
As a (Senior) Manager, you’ll make an impact by:
Coaching junior people on and off the job
Being the key point of contact for our clients during projects
Reflecting on the approach and on the key decisions over the lifetime of a project
Helping Partner and Director on the business development initiatives
Being responsible of providing top-quality deliverables to clients
Brainstorming continuously with the team (up and down) to improve our work on a day-to-day basis
About you
You have between 5 and 10 years of relevant work experience (i.e. strategic consultancy, strategic position within a corporate…)
You are able and you want to travel internationally from time to time
You are strong in making impactful presentations in PPT and/or in other format
You are comfortable with figures and you are able to make the link between financial elements and strategic elements
You can also make the link with other Value Creation topics, such as ESG, IT, HR or supply chains.
You have solid writing and presentation skills
You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships between individuals, teams and lines of business
You possess excellent listening and communication skills, and can communicate clearly, persuade and influence
You have a proactive approach and flexible attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability
You can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
You are fluent in English and in Dutch and/or French
You want to be part of a new team with high growth potential.
