The role involves partnering with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure timely and impactful project delivery aligned with strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will bring structure, focus, and a proactive mindset to a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities include leading project kick-offs, developing comprehensive project plans using methodologies like Agile/PRINCE2, managing scope, resources, and timelines, owning risk management, acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders, monitoring and communicating project status, and improving project delivery practices through process innovation and operational efficiency. The company is a global casino-entertainment company with an omni-channel presence.
Must have:
  • Proven experience leading complex marketing or product projects

Who we are 

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform. 

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Bally’s is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to coordinate and deliver a variety of marketing projects. Reporting to the Director of Planning, Marketing and Operations you’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure timely, impactful delivery of projects aligned to our strategic priorities. You’ll bring structure, focus, and a proactive mindset to a fast-paced, high growth environment, helping us scale smartly and deliver excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, excels at cross-functional delivery, and brings both strategic insight and executional rigour.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Leading project kick-off meetings, clearly defining the project scope, objectives, key deliverables, success criteria, timelines, and roles & responsibilities to ensure alignment from day one.
  • Developing and managing comprehensive project plans using best in class project management methodologies (Agile/PRINCE2) adapting structure and pace based on project complexity, stakeholder needs, and business goals.
  • Applying advanced project management skills to manage scope, resources, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and aligned with objectives.
  • Owning risk management across all projects by proactively identifying potential issues, managing interdependencies, escalating blockers when needed, and creating contingency plans to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the business ensuring shared understanding of project goals, critical paths, and success measures, while fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Monitoring and communicate project status through clear, actionable updates tailored to various audiences, including senior stakeholders highlighting progress, risks, and decisions required to keep delivery on track.
  • Improving project delivery practices by contributing to the development and refinement of scalable tools, templates, and frameworks that raise the standard of execution across the team.
  • Championing process innovation and operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and introduce automation or tooling improvements that increase team productivity and campaign effectiveness.

  • Possess proven experience leading complex marketing or product projects, ideally in a gaming or tech environment.
  • Have exposure to performance marketing, CRM, or brand campaign lifecLyles.
  • Be adept with project delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, APM PMQ).
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills, you're confident working with senior stakeholders and building connections across the business.
  • Possess clear, effective, and simple oral and written communication, with the ability to tailor your style to different audiences.
  • Be a confident and competent facilitator.
  • Be able to lead through influence, not just authority, building trust across cross-functional teams.
  • Possess the ability to focus on the details as appropriate while keeping the overall purpose and goals of the projects in mind.
  • Have Excellent organisation and prioritisation, balancing multiple projects at once.
  • Have proven self-organisation and time management skills.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate a flexible, adaptable, and positive approach to change.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and fast paced environments, able to pivot and solve problems in real time.
