About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Responsible for the overall planning of OKX’s retail manual trading products, including spot, margin, perpetuals, and options across pre-trade, trade, and post-trade scenarios.

In charge of planning for non-manual trading products such as social trading and trading bots.

Manage the overall traffic distribution and growth paths of different retail categories within OKX, enhancing overall LTV.

Responsible for local market team collaboration, channel partnerships, and growth in multiple key markets and regions, including Turkey, Europe, Southeast Asia, Brazil and so on.

Continuously conduct in-depth market research on different types of retail traders in the industry, focus on innovative products in various trading scenarios, and continually push for industry-leading innovations to enhance OKX's reputation among trader-type users.

Lead the retail trading product team, continually enhancing the team’s product innovation capabilities and international collaboration skills, and plan resources in advance to meet various business objectives.
What We Look For In You
-
Deep understanding of the Crypto or stock and forex trading industries, familiar with various user profiles and their needs.

Extensive experience in B2C product development with a persistent pursuit of user experience,and systematic methodologies.

Proven experience in business growth from 1 to 10 and 10 to 100, and able to abstract and transfer successful experiences to other industries.

Extensive experience in building and managing teams, having managed teams of over 20 people.

Work experience in overseas markets and international companies, with fluent English communication skills.

High internal drive, clear logic, curiosity about new things, empathy, and insight.

Strong interest and pursuit in the Crypto and Blockchain industries.
Nice to Have

Rich experience in Crypto, stock, forex trading, investment, or quantitative trading.

Bilingual communication abilities in Chinese and English.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software, or related financial fields.

Experience managing business growth in various countries and markets globally.
