The Compliance Analyst (Product Compliance) will support the Product Advisory Compliance team by building workflows, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient execution of compliance reviews. Responsibilities include implementing product compliance review workflows, supporting risk assessments, maintaining compliance documentation, preparing materials for compliance forums, monitoring control implementation, designing KRIs, and acting as a liaison between teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. The analyst will be involved in various aspects of compliance, from risk management to product review, within a fast-paced fintech environment. This position involves operational support and requires a proactive approach to ensure compliance integration.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Compliance Analyst to join our growing Product Advisory Compliance team. This role provides critical operational support for the Product Advisory Compliance team and processes.
You will help in building workflows and processes for conducting product risk assessments, manage documentation and audit trails, support compliance review, and ensure escalations and committee discussions are tracked and executed efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is eager to learn about crypto products and the operational side of regulatory compliance in product development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Implement product compliance review workflows, tracking SLAs, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensure appropriate documentation and audit trail.
- Support the management and optimisation of Compliance Risk Assessments by collecting inputs, preparing risk templates, and following up with product teams.
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, from process documentation to requirement mappings, escalation memos, and product review outcomes.
- Assist in preparing materials for reporting to compliance governance forums and product compliance committees.
- Monitor implementation of controls, support follow-ups on open issues or action items related to product compliance integration.
- Work with Product and and Central Compliance teams to design and build KRIs
- Act as a liaison between Product Compliance Managers and teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk, helping ensure alignment and timely resolution of requirements.
What We Look For
- Experience in operations, risk management, legal operations, or project management, ideally within fintech, crypto, or consulting.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex workflows and documentation.
- Familiarity with compliance or risk frameworks.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in documentation and communication.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, law or related field.

The salary range for this position is $94,413 to $133,752
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
