The role involves overseeing international projects, ensuring compliance with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, customer requirement analysis, project monitoring, reporting, claim management, and commissioning coordination. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of experience in plant construction/EPC, and strong communication skills in both German and English. Key Responsibilities:

Battery Storage Project Management: Oversee international battery storage projects, particularly in Germany, ensuring compliance with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Project Planning & Coordination: Plan and coordinate all activities within the project team to ensure efficient workflows and the achievement of project milestones.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and any changes.

Customer Requirements Analysis: Clarify customer objectives and requirements, analyze work packages, and create/manage project specifications for suppliers.

Project Monitoring & Adjustment: Monitor the project status and adjust scope, timeline, or budget as needed to meet project requirements.

Reporting: Deliver monthly reports to the board and weekly updates to clients to ensure transparency and accountability.
Claim Management: Handle claims efficiently to mitigate risks and manage project-related issues.

Commissioning Coordination: Coordinate on-site commissioning activities in close collaboration with the site management team.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to PM standards and business codes, including environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in plant construction/EPC business, preferably in energy, grid solutions, wind power, or renewables.

Education: Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Customer Interaction: Proven experience dealing with demanding clients.

Technical & Commercial Focus: Strong focus on deadlines and budgets, with the ability to connect technical and commercial perspectives.

Leadership: Demonstrated success collaborating across all levels of management.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native or C1 level) and English (professional level).
