As a Senior Talent Manager at Immutable, you will be a pivotal driver of global hiring team growth. You'll partner with business units, manage end-to-end recruitment, act as a brand ambassador, collaborate on recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, prioritize diversity hiring, guide candidates, utilize data for decision-making, contribute to EVP development, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include ensuring a seamless hiring process, executing effective strategies, and providing exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. The role requires extensive recruitment experience (8+ years) in a global high-growth company, expertise in technical and leadership hiring, and a proven track record of attracting top talent.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Prioritise diversity hiring and create inclusive recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and support for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they are kept up to date regularly.
- Utilise data to drive recruitment decisions and improve our processes.
- Contribute to building our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), run events, and bring innovative ideas to life.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
