岗位职责
1、负责游戏场景部分的效果技术方案及工艺方案的研发及落地；
2、负责设计场景相关的工艺管线、素材规格规范及美术生产 SOP；
3、充分了解美术各环节开发中的需求和问题，优化美术工作流程，开发和维护美术生产相关的效率工具或插件；
4、对游戏性能进行Profiling，设计优化方案，通过优化提高PC、iOS、Android平台运行效率。
岗位要求
1、5 年以上技术美术身份的工作经历，至少以技术美术身份参与过一个完整商业项目的研发；
2、具有扎实的实时渲染实践落地经验（材质开发、图形 feature 开发、图形 Debug等能力）；
3、擅长剖析常见游戏场景图形效果技术方案，有自己设计复杂图形类效果实现思路与方案的经验；
4、能够使用 DCC 工具的组合（Substance系列、houdini系列、游戏引擎）制作效果、材质及设计相关的素材管线，能够进行至少一种场景美术相关 DCC 工具的二次开发；
5、熟悉至少一种脚本语言，掌握至少一种编程语言，精通Unreal引擎；
6、熟悉常用Profiling工具：RenderDoc，GPA，Adreno Profiler，Tegra Graphics Debuger最少一项；
7、能承受一定的工作压力，对游戏开发充满热情。
